Wood tiling work: a creation of complicated and three-dimensional shapes by
arranging long and short rectangular wooden pieces. Its origin can be traced as
far back as the mid-Edo era, when they were used as toys such as "chiegi" and
"chieita". Japanese shrines, which are made without any nailing or metal pieces,
are constructed using the same method. Imagination during the entire production
process is necessary for "assembly". Then, when the individual processes of
metallic molding, the production line and everyone involved in the process overlap
with each other, "quality" shows itself for the first time.
-Everything is done to improve quality.

Metallic molding, which is responsible for nearly 40 processes and pressed at the
speed of several hundred times a minute, can be considered a high-speed
"production line" by itself. Human hands assemble each of the 500 to 1000 parts
that make up a metallic mold. Zero defects in the finished products can only be
achieved with total precision in the metallic molding, the production line and the
people. Not 1 or 0.1 or even 0.001.. |
