Mar.,1933
Successfully achieved and acquired the patent for Key-Lock-System and engaged in the sales and the production of key-lock items.
Nov.,1937
Takagi Manufacturing was re-located at a Military Facilities Factory and started to produce parts and components for airplanes.
July.,1946
Takagi Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established. Mainly engaged in the assembly of stamping parts and the making of tooling and dies for components used in electrical appliances and telecommunications equipments.
Apr.,1963
Started the production and sales of Progressive Dies in accordance to the design drawings and the Separated Full Heat Treatment Grinding System.
Apr.,1964
Expecting the increase in the market demand of Precision Progressive Dies, participated with Mr. Kurio (the Professor of Plastic Analysis of ME Department of Nihon University) in the research and developments.
Apr.,1970
Based on the expectation of the increasing popularity and market expansion of Progressive Dies and in order to achieve the success in the levels of Hi-Precision; Hi-Technology and Hi-Speed of tooling, specially employed Mr. Teizou Maeda (the Professor of Plastic Analysis of ME Department of Tokyo University) as the Technical Advisor to proceed with all related Technological Research.
Apr.,1977
In order to increase the technological levels of tooling and dies, Morigasaki Factory was established (Tokyo Ota-ku) to manufacture the tooling and dies for stamping parts.
Apr.,1980
Fujisawa Factory was established (Fujisawa-shi, Kanagawa) so as to satisfy the customers' request in low-cost and short leadtime deliveries of Die Maintenance parts. Principally engaged in Die Maintenance and other related Dies inspection.
Feb., 1984
1984 As per customers' request for Hi-Precision, Short Leadtime Deliveries and Cost Minimization, successfully utilized the CAD/CAM system and set up the Numerical Control(NC) Machineries under automatic operation in which no manpower is needed at night shift.
Apr.,1987
In view of the increase in market demand, began to manufacture the Tooling and Dies for Plastic Injection Moldings.
Apr.,1988
Based on the system of 24-hr factory operation, the business of Morigasaki and Fujisawa factories were both integrated under the newly established Iwaki Factory in order to ensure in-time deliveries; improvement in the efficiency of Tooling & Stamping Departments, and the expansion of stamping production capacity.
Sept.,1990
For the sake of the expansion in stamping capacity of Iwaki factory, additional factory floors were established. At the same time, the policy of Standardization in Quality Assurance was implemented so as to achieve the perfection in quality.
June.,1992
With the independence of the Management and Takagi Manufacturing Co., Ltd. served as the Sales & Marketing Center, Total Precision Systems Co., Ltd. was established by incorporating all management efforts; experience & expertise; artistic technology in Hi-Precision Dies as the company target so as to further the development of the existing Technology & Skills in Dies.
Dec.,1992
In order to pursuit a higher level in our business related technology, the Production Departments of Takagi Manufacturing Co., Ltd. were separated & incorporated as Tohoku Techtron Co., Ltd; Tohoku High-Mold Co., Ltd; and Cyuo High-Mold Co., Ltd. and finally became TPS GROUP OF COMPANIES.
Oct.,1994
Not only limited in the manufacture of toolings & dies for plastic injection molding, but also engaged in the production of plastic injection molded parts. By means of merging and integrating the business of Cyuo High-Mold Co., Ltd., Kyushu Platech Co., Ltd. was newly established in Fukuoka/Onojo and in operation.
Apr.,1995
As the market demands for dies decreased and quality levels increased, for the sake of cost-minimization, Super Hi-Speed Stamping Machines(2000 SPM) and Super Hi-Speed Stamping Dies were developed under the joint efforts with Hi-Speed Stamping Manufacturers. Successfully achieved the basis and systems for Super Hi-Speed Stamping Process.
Apr., 1996
Purchase of 2 sets of Super Hi-Speed Stamping Machines (3000 SPM).
Oct., 1996
In consideration of the remaining after stamping assembly, successfully developed the Hi-Precision Dies for small-dimension connectors.
Dec.,1997
As a part of the Total Precision System, Tohoku High-Parts Co., Ltd. was established as an assembly company so as to achieve the effectiveness and efficiency from Dies making to Dies completion.
Dec., 1998
To achieve and pursuit the Standardization in existing technology in Dies, both Tohoku High-Mold Co., Ltd. & Tohoku High-Parts Co., Ltd. were integrated into Tohoku Techtron Co., Ltd.
Mar.,2002
In order to fulfill and satisfy the customers' needs globally, Total Precision Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in Sozhou (Jiangsu Province/China) by means of merging and shifting the business from Kyushu Platech Co., Ltd.
